The Van Zandt County Democratic Party (VZCDP) is committed to protecting your personal privacy online. The following are our procedures and policies for collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

The VZCDP website is hosted on the Wix.com platform; the Wix platform may collect user information that is not accessible to, nor controlled by the VZCDP website.

The VZCDP website can only collect your personal information such as name, e-mail address, phone number, if you choose to provide it. Visiting the VZCDP website and browsing our pages does not provide personal identifying information to the VZCDP. The VZCDP website does not use tracking tools such as cookies to track and collect personal information.

If you become a VZCDP website member, Wix.com provides the capability to map your website accesses to your website member identification. Access to the CEC page, CEC Forum. and Members is limited to members of the Executive Committee, club officers, and volunteers; all website members have access to the VZCDP Cafe, Forum, and Blog.

The VZCDP website has implemented Wix’s Cookie Banner, allowing you to disable Wix’s Marketing, Functional, and Analytics Cookies. Wix’s Cookie Banner does not allow you to disable Wix’s Essential Cookies.

Wix.com does not provide the VZCDP with specific information, for example tagging an IP number to personal information such as name or phone number. The Wix.com platform may use tracking tools. See Wix’s Privacy Policy and Wix’s Cookie Policy for more information. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.
